Anglers run the risk of not receiving awards if  the mailing address and telephone information is not complete in the e-mail entry.

Entries continue to be taken up to the last day of the event.

 Send an E-MAIL with entry names to cindyb@cskt.org with your:

                 NAME
                 MAILING ADDRESS-we cannot send you a check if we do not have your correct mailing address.
                 TELEPHONE NUMBER

 Please specify if you are a youth or adult angler and include the age of youth anglers. Youth anglers in the younger age bracket of 12 & under may opt to enter in the 17-13 age group.

All entrants agree to the following-By entering/signing/sending/faxing/e-mailing entry, all participants agree to the following release of liability to forever discharge the event, CS &K Tribes, Mt. FW& Parks, Event Committee, & Officials of every claim, demand, action, or right of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from or by any bodily injury or personal injuries, known or unknown, death or property damage resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of participation in the event, whether by negligence or otherwise by ourselves, our heirs, executors, or assignees. This release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital. I also understand that photographs may be taken of me and used for promotional purposes without royalties.  Your e mail/fax/mail entry signifies you have read and agree to the above statement.

Permits:  South half of Flathead Lake-$15 tribal permit for Flathead Lake
is the only requirement for fishing Flathead Lake. This permit is valid only on the south end of the lake. It is available to anyone from any state. If you fish the north end you are required to have a Montana Fishing License.

ID #'s will be sent to you if you provide your e-mail address-others will receive an ID # when they enter lake trout at the check in stations if we have your entry before the week-end begins.  Entries are taken at any time-you may even enter when you bring in your fish at the end of the day.  There is an Early Bird drawing for entries received on or before May 10th.
