2007 Spring Mack Days
High school volunteers breading lake trout fillets for the fish
fry.
They were a great help!!
Students from Spring Creek Ranch assisted the cooks by helping to
prepare
the lake trout.
Chris McGinnis, Chris Ricciardi, Bill Olson and Vicki Parot
were the fish fry chefs.
Great job-everyone agrees that the fish was excellent. We couldn't have done
it without you!!

lake trout entry. She is becoming an experienced angler along with her
